Parent Login Information

Parent Access to FACTS

Family Portal gives you, the busy parent, access to your child’s academic progress and future success in a private and secure parents’ portal. You may view your child’s grades, attendance, homework, and conduct, as well as other useful school information. You can also communicate with teachers and other school staff online whenever necessary.

Here is how to create an account with Family Portal:

  • Go to https://logins2.renweb.com/logins/ParentsWeb-Login.aspx

  • Enter the District Code: PH-CA

  • Click "Create New Family Portal Account"

  • Type your email address and click Create Account. You must use the same email address you have given the school for communication, otherwise you will get an Invalid Credentials error.

  • You will receive an email which includes a link to create your Family Portal login. The link is active for 6 hours.

  • Select the “Click to Create your Family Portal login” link in the email

  • In the new window create your User Name, Password, and Confirm the password.

  • Click Save User Name and/or Password.

  • You may now log in to Family Portal using your new User Name and Password. Don't forget the District Code: PH-CA


Student Login Information

Student Access to FACTS


Family Portal gives students access to their academic progress in a private and secure portal. Students may view their grades, attendance, homework, and conduct, as well as other useful school information. They can also communicate with teachers and other school staff online whenever necessary.

Here is how to create an account with Family Portal:

  • Go to https://logins2.renweb.com/logins/ParentsWeb-Login.aspx

  • Enter the District Code: PH-CA

  • Click on “Student” and then “Create New Family Portal Account”

  • Type your email address and click Create Account. You must use the same email address the school has on file, otherwise you’ll get an Invalid Credentials error. If you’re not sure which email address to use, contact Mrs. Wareham.

  • You will then receive an email which includes a link to create your Family Portal login. The link is active for 6 hours.

  • Select the “Click to Create your Family Portal login” link in the email

  • In the new window create your User Name, Password, and Confirm the password.

  • Click Save User Name and/or Password.

  • You may now log in to Family Portal using your new User Name and Password.

  1. Is there an app I can download on my phone or mobile device? Yes, it is called "RenWeb Home" and requires an annual subscription fee of $4.99 but, if you prefer, you can access Family Portal from any internet capable device through a webservice such as Chrome or Firefox for free.


  1. Why am I not receiving the email link from FACTS when I try to create a new account? Try going through the first steps again to create a new account so another email will be generated. If you do not receive the email a second time, please contact Ms. Dias


  1. What can I do if I forgot my password to my account? You can choose "Forgot User Name/Password" on the login page to receive an email from FACTS to reset your password. If you do not receive the email, contact Ms. Dias


  1. I keep getting an "Invalid Credentials" error when I try to create an account. Make sure the email you are using is the same one the school has on file. If you're not sure, please contact Ms. Dias
